Hans Cools has been involved with Innovar Cleaning Control, which is part of Meilink along with IPS Technology and Varekamp Project Services, from its inception in 2011. As manager of operations, he is ultimately responsible for everything that happens in the company. Because of the high demand for high levels of cleanliness, the company works two shifts for a customer base of some two hundred companies. 'There is no shortage of work, but the bar is getting higher and higher,' Cools emphasizes. 'Many of our customers supply parts to the semiconductor, medical or optical industries, and all those parts have in common that they have to be extremely clean before they can be mounted in a machine or device.'
