Current General Manager P.F. Rikken (Peter, 52) transfers day-to-day management to Dennis Groesbeek. Peter Rikken will continue to focus on long-term strategy, development of the company and external relations and contacts. He will remain closely involved in the direction and future of the company. Groesbeek joined the company four years ago as director of Meilink Schijndel and IPS/Innovar in Eindhoven after an international career in corporate mechanical engineering.
Never before has a non-family member been Managing Director at the Meilink family business. Rikken says - also on behalf of his father Jacques Rikken - he has every confidence in the future with this step because it fits the strategic direction that has been taken. "Dennis has shown over the past four years that he is a real team player. He puts people in their strengths. In addition, he is commercially strong and in the latter we complement each other very well. I look forward to the continued cooperation and wish him every success."
